Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure our customers receive products in the best condition. However, in the rare event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and replacement policy below.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding product returns:

  1. Return Eligibility Window:
    All return or replacement requests must be initiated within a strict period of 2 (two) calendar days from the date of delivery as per tracking records. After this period, no return or refund request shall be entertained under any circumstances.

  2. Condition of Product:
    Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused, with all original tags, labels, manuals, and packaging intact.

    • Products with broken seals, torn packaging, or any signs of tampering or use will be immediately disqualified from return or replacement eligibility.

    • Any product that has been mishandled, physically damaged, or altered will not be accepted under this policy.

  3. Verification Process:
    Upon receipt of a return request, our quality check team will conduct a thorough inspection. Returns are subject to approval only after successful completion of this quality inspection. The decision of the inspection team shall be considered final and binding.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain categories of items are strictly non-returnable regardless of the reason. These include but are not limited to:

    • Items where the seal or hygienic packaging has been opened or damaged.

    • Customized or made-to-order items.

    • Digital goods or products that are downloaded or activated via code.

  5. Refunds (if applicable):
    If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product was received in a defective or damaged condition.

  6. Return Shipping Responsibility:
    Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product and sending it back to the designated return address. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
